We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Oracle Cloud Principal Consultant (Core HCM) knowledgeable in end-to-end process flow of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
You will:
- Lead the Core HR workstream on high-impact Oracle HCM programmes, owning and being accountable for the outcomes
- Deliver across a diverse portfolio of programmes, including large-scale, multi-country rollouts and complex UK public sector projects.
- Build depth in solution design and cross-module impacts, developing the breadth and perspective required for longer-term Solution Architecture progression.
- Drive global vs local design decisions, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
- Lead client workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and translate business requirements into pragmatic Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide functional guidance to data migration strategy and execution, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Support integration workstream, working closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during SIT and UAT, supporting defect triage, design clarifications, business readiness, and cutover planning.
- Provide strong post-UAT and hyper care support, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state operations.
- Operate in a startup consulting environment that values ownership, pragmatism, and pace.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to defining delivery standards, accelerators, and ways of working as the practice scales.
- Support pre-sales activities where appropriate, including solution input and client discussions.
