The Role
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant skilled in fast formula to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet the client’s business requirements, both for implementation projects and in support of our managed services clients.
You will be expected to:
- Engage with customers on HCM transformation / change programmes.
- Design and develop solution components such as fast formulae, workflows and reports for HCM.
- Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
- Deliver workstream-specific requirements, configurations, setup, support testing and deployment activities.
- Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides.
- Work with the sales team during the pre-sales engagement process and provide estimates for a range of technical work.
- Participate in the development of proof of concepts for use during sales engagement process.
- Adhere to documented development standards and implementation of “best practice” development methods.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.
- Support the development of apprentice and graduate intake colleagues.
Skills and Experience (Mandatory)
- 2-4 years Techno-functional consulting experience in HCM.
- Mandatory to have developed complex Fast Formulae (FF) across modules like Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence Management and Payroll.
- Mandatory to be skilled in one of the following Oracle Fusion modules:
- Oracle Global Human Resources
- Oracle Talent and Performance Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Oracle Learning Cloud
- Oracle Workforce Compensation
- Oracle Time and Labor
- Oracle Absence Management
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and a dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions.
- Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary.
- Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment.
- Flexibility when it comes to supporting innovative technologies.
Skills and Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in developing BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components.
- Experience in ServiceNow, JIRA, OIC.
- Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies.
Qualification
B.Tech /BE /MCA /MSC in Computer Science or Information Technology or a background in Computer Science / Coding.
