When a programme begins to lose momentum, the impact can spread quickly. Costs rise, milestones move, decisions stall and confidence falls. Relationships between stakeholders and delivery partners can also become strained, making it harder to agree what is wrong and what needs to happen next.
Project Recovery provides an experienced, independent team to stabilise the situation and create a credible route forward. We support Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow programmes, bringing senior practitioners with the judgement and delivery experience needed to work through complex, high-pressure situations.
The focus is not on assigning blame. It is on understanding the facts, protecting what still works and taking practical action to recover delivery.
When recovery support is needed
Recovery may be appropriate when scope, cost or timescales have moved significantly away from plan; key design or delivery decisions remain unresolved; testing, data or integrations are putting go-live at risk; governance is no longer giving leaders a reliable view of progress; or confidence in the current delivery approach has broken down.
In some cases, an Independent Project Health Check will already have identified the issues and set out recommendations. In others, immediate intervention is needed to bring control and structure back to the programme.

We work constructively with existing teams and partners wherever that remains the right route. Where changes are needed, we make the rationale clear and help leaders understand the implications before decisions are taken.
