The service is vendor-agnostic, with particular depth in Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow. It supports Senior Responsible Owners, Accounting Officers, programme boards and executive teams by adding independent insight to existing governance—not another layer of it.
Assurance at the right point in your programme
Cloud Assurance can support a planned assurance gate or provide an independent view when confidence is slipping. It is particularly useful before a major investment decision or programme stage, ahead of design sign-off, testing, cutover or go-live, when cost, scope, timescales or benefits have moved away from plan, or after go-live when you need to understand whether the solution is delivering the expected value.
A practical, evidence-led review
We agree the questions that matter most, review the relevant programme evidence and speak with the people closest to delivery. The review can cover governance and decision-making, scope, plan, budget and resourcing, solution design, data and integrations, testing and quality, business change, cutover, operational readiness and benefits realisation.
This is an independent, focused review—not an audit and not an exercise in assigning blame. We concentrate on what will help the programme succeed: a clear view of the position, open discussion of the risks and practical action to move forward.
Clear findings. Prioritised action.
At the end of the review, senior leaders receive a concise Cloud Assurance Report with an executive summary, an overall assessment of delivery confidence and a heatmap of key findings, risks and good practice. It sets out prioritised recommendations, immediate actions to protect critical milestones and wider opportunities to strengthen delivery. We then brief the Senior Responsible Owner, Accounting Officer or programme board directly, so the findings are understood and the next steps are clear.
