The UK Government as part of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 has created a landscape where beyond the procurement of a given service or product that there is a process where a wider opportunity exists to make a positive contribution toward social values for a better future for everyone.

de Novo is deeply committed to creating social value, ensuring that our activities generate benefits not only for the company but also for society and the economy, while minimising environmental impact. Central to this commitment is our dedication to ethical business practices. We firmly believe that modern slavery and human trafficking (as defined under the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015) have no place in our operations or supply chains, and we expect the same high standards from our partners, suppliers, and contractors. We will take immediate action if any unethical practices are identified, reflecting our ongoing resolve to combat modern slavery in all its forms.
