At de Novo, our culture is deliberately fresh: open, human and built around the belief that better outcomes start with how people feel, think and work together. Each pillar carries a value and the behaviour that shows it. The document sets these out as two lists, “How we deliver our values” and “How We Display Our Behaviours”; pairing them keeps each pillar whole.
