de Novo Solutions has been named among the fastest growing companies in Europe. Reaching 33rd on the FT1000 list places de Novo among the top UK firms, and makes the digital transformation pioneers the highest placed Welsh business on the entire list, and the 7th out of 215 firms in the IT / Consulting category.
The tenth annual list, published by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, highlights the best performing companies across the continent based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
de Novo – which just days ago received a St David Award – has scaled impressively since its launch in 2021, with additional offices in England and India alongside its headquarters in Newport, Wales. The team has grown from ten to 140, working in partnership with private and public sector clients to transform their HR, Payroll, Procurement and Finance functions utilising Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow technologies.
Such is its success that the company has now been included within several prominent listings, including the Sunday Times 100 where de Novo was placed eighth – making it the highest-ranked Welsh company and the highest-ranked technology firm overall. In addition, they were 13th on the most recent Deloitte Fast 50, third on this year’s Elite Business 100 and tenth on the Tech200 for 2026.
Founder and Group CEO Mark Sweeny said: “Having been recognised in the UK for our success and rapid – yet sustainable – expansion, it is a real honour to be included in this list of the fastest growing companies across the whole of Europe.
“This demonstrates how we have set ourselves apart through our commitment to adding value to clients’ businesses; training the tech leaders of tomorrow through our Graduate and Apprenticeship Programme; and consistently innovating to support HR, Procurement, Payroll and Finance functions across the public and private sector. We are incredibly proud to have become a leading name in the digital transformation space over the past five years – and we know there is an even brighter future ahead of us, building on the foundations we have laid down since 2021.”
