As de Novo prepares for the next stage of its growth, having appointed new Chief Executive Lynette Slater in September, three senior leaders have joined the Board of Directors.

Tracy Stephenson, previously Head of Finance, has stepped up to Chief Financial Officer; VP Business Development Helen Crisostomo has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer; and Alex Alexandru is now Chief Operating Officer for Consulting.

Existing Board members Tara Dewar and Charlene Young have taken on additional responsibilities: Tara is now Chief Operating Officer for BPO and Support Services, while Charlene will manage IT and Compliance as part of her role as Chief People Officer.

The following Directors will remain in their current roles: Ian Carline (Chief Technology Officer), Ramya Govindarajan (Chief Operations Officer for de Novo India), and Tom Mann (Chief Operations Officer for de Novo Consulting Services). Completing the group, alongside Lynette and Executive Director and Founder Mark Sweeny, are three Non-Executive Directors: Richard Summerfield, Clive Swan, and Tim Warner.
