de Novo Solutions have been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Services 4 framework.
This is the largest framework of its kind in the public sector and will run for up to 8 years. The longer framework term better meets buyers’ needs for long-term digital transformation projects. It offers stability for major technology changes that can take years to finish.
Technology Services 4 supports digital transformation by modernising public services. It provides access to technology solutions that improve efficiency and allows:
- central government departments: to access technology consultancy services, system integration, and application development
- local authorities: to buy end-user computing services, infrastructure management, and security solutions
- all public sector organisations: to source comprehensive technology transformation programmes through one agreement
This new agreement includes significant improvements to help remove procurement barriers, based on both supplier and buyer feedback around Technology Services 3.
Amongst the anticipated benefits for buyers and suppliers using TS4 are better contract terms, increased flexibility around contract length, simpler procurement terms and better transparency and governance through the use of a new rate card redesigned for all roles in the Government Digital and Data Profession Capability.
de Novo was successful in bidding for Lot 5a. Application and Data Management – this provides access to a range of services to deliver application and data management.
The Framework one (1) is for a term of 30 months (December 2025 to June 2028) with an option to extend for 6 months.
