We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been named as finalists for the highly coveted Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award at this year’s Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. This achievement comes following a record-breaking year for applications, making our selection an exceptional accomplishment that we’re incredibly proud of.
The Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award recognises small and scaling businesses that have demonstrated remarkable resilience and achievement in the face of recent economic challenges. Our finalist position acknowledges our success across multiple critical areas including financial performance, leadership excellence, innovation, customer service, and employee engagement.
The award is open to growing organisations across all sectors with revenues up to £25 million, with judges evaluating candidates on their ability to demonstrate:
- Strong financial performance and sustainable growth
- Inspirational leadership and effective management
- Innovation in products, services, or processes
- Exceptional customer service and engagement
- Engaged and productive employees
- Ethical practice and profit with purpose
Our selection as finalists represents recognition of our ability to not just navigate challenging market conditions, but to thrive and grow strategically. The judges will assess us across four weighted categories: Employee & Customer Engagement (25%), Leadership & Innovation (25%), Organisational Ethics & Policies (20%), and Financial Performance & Growth (30%).
We’ll now advance to the in-person judging phase, where our team will present directly to a panel of expert judges in London. This presentation offers us the opportunity to showcase our achievements and demonstrate why we deserve to take home the top honour in this category. We can’t wait to represent ourselves at the judging session and, hopefully, at the awards ceremony in November.
