Amid ambitious growth plans, de Novo Solutions has strengthened its financial team with the appointment of Tracy Stephenson as Head of Finance.

Tracy, who has a wealth of experience in business management and is a qualified lawyer, will also act as a Board Advisor during a crucial stage of the company’s development.

Having launched in 2021, de Novo has already achieved success in scaling to 140 employees and developing partnerships with private sector clients and public sector organisations – including Government departments, local authorities, police forces and multi-academy trusts.

This year has already seen the launch of the Oracle AI Enablement service, and the digital transformation pioneer’s high ranking on prestigious lists including the Financial Times 1000, Megabuyte Emerging Stars and Tussell Tech200, alongside winning the business category at the St David Awards.

The company is also continuing its 50 in 5 initiative, which will see de Novo hiring 50 additional team members by the end of the decade – including the expansion of the highly-successful Graduate and Apprenticeship Scheme and Next Gen programme.

Mark Sweeny, de Novo Founder and Group CEO, said: “We are thrilled to confirm Tracy’s appointment as our new Head of Finance, a crucial role during our continued expansion with sustainable yet rapid goals in place for the company’s future growth. As well as overseeing our finance function, Tracy will sit as a Board Advisor providing much-welcomed expertise so we can sustain the pace of our journey to the very top of the digital transformation sector.

“de Novo is fast becoming the go-to name for organisations looking to gain the maximum value possible from transformation projects focusing on their HR, Finance, Procurement and Payroll functions, utilising Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow applications. Tracy and the wider team are crucial to that success – providing peace of mind that clients are in safe hands, working with leading experts when it comes to digital transformation.”
