We could not be prouder of Marina Parry-Jones who was named Apprentice of the Year at the FinTech Awards Wales!
Marina exemplifies hard work, determination and motivation, growing in confidence since joining our apprenticeship programme, and being a key part of our AI Enablement project team.
Marina was shortlisted alongside her fellow apprentice Zara Baig, and the team went along to Friday's award ceremony to cheer both of them on. It was, of course, a de Novo double following Brogan Williams' win last year.
de Novo was also awarded "Scale Up of the Year" at the event in Cardiff.
