de Novo Solutions has been named among the country’s best SMEs for the third year running – achieving a ranking of 3rd on the newly-announced Elite Business 100.

The annual list is billed as the ‘definitive guide to exceptional companies across the UK’ and was released just days after the team were placed at number 10 on the Tussell Tech200.

It is the third time de Novo has featured on the list, having also been included in 2024 and 2025 – with judges recognising the team’s commitment to excellence, considerable influence in the digital transformation sector, and value provided to clients across the public and private sectors.

The success reflects the impressive growth of the company, which launched with ten staff in 2021 and now has a team of more than 130 split across three sites (Newport in Wales, Guildford in England, and Chennai in India) supporting clients including DHL, Telent, Ministry of Justice and Office for National Statistics.

Alongside its inclusion on the 2026 EB100 and Tech200 lists, de Novo was also ranked eighth on the most recent Sunday Times 100 and 13th on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

Mark Sweeny, Founder and Group CEO, said: “We are thrilled to have been included in not one, but two, additional prestigious listings this month.

“It is fantastic to see our standing within the British business community confirmed by Elite Business for the third time, and for our specific work with the public sector to be recognised by Tussell.

“We have big aims for 2026 and beyond, and independent verification of our success such as this shows we are on the right track to become the go-to digital transformation partner for organisations across both public and private sectors.”
