Challenge

Telent needed to introduce a new flexible benefits offering, in partnership with Benifex, while also implementing changes to its employee pension scheme following a formal consultation process. This requiring significant configuration of their existing Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll applications. With a firm go-live deadline of 31st March 2025, the project involved developing four new system interfaces, reconfiguring pension elements, and maintaining HMRC payroll reporting compliance—all within a tight three-month timeframe.

Precis

With time-sensitive delivery, de Novo’s agile delivery approach, collaborative working style, flexible resource model and strong communication, enables seamless execution within a compressed timescale.
