Wales
In our DNA
Wales is woven into the story of de Novo. It is where we chose to establish our headquarters in 2021, and where we have continued to champion Welsh technology, talent and business with energy and pride.
That commitment shows up in the places we choose to contribute: through advisory board roles with organisations such as FinTech Wales, participation in events including Wales Tech Week, and involvement in the St David Awards and other high-profile Welsh programmes.
Supporting Wales
We are also committed to supporting the country’s people and communities, from sponsoring local grassroots football teams and selecting SARDA Wales as our corporate charity, to investing in future talent through our Graduate and Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with the University of South Wales.
Deepening our connection with Wales
In summer 2026, we announced two important developments that deepen our connection with Wales: our sponsorship of world-class boxer Lauren Price, who was born in Newport, and the launch of our digital transformation project with Cardiff Council. As part of that project, we will work with Oracle and the charity TeenTech to deliver five major Youth STEM Innovation Events.
